Delete account & data
You can delete your Nomad account and all associated data yourself at any time – directly in the app or on request by e-mail.

1. Directly in the app
Recommended- Open the Nomad app.
- Go to Settings.
- At the very bottom, choose „Delete account“.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and all data are then deleted immediately and irreversibly.

2. Request by e-mail
If you no longer have access to the app, send us an e-mail to wulfdaniel8@gmail.com with the subject „Delete account“ and the e-mail address of your Nomad account.
We will then delete your account and all data within 30 days.

3. Which data is deleted
Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile & profile pictures
- Spots & photos
- Comments
- Chat messages
- Pings
- Friend & Connect requests
- Challenge data & statistics
- Login account

No personal data is retained.
